Zeba Iqbal

Zeba Iqbal  is  the  Vice -Chair  of  CAMP  International, and the co-program manager for the conference. Professionally, she has over 11 years experience in the real estate industry in the areas  of  strategy  and  business  consulting,  valuation  analysis,  partnership development and pre­development/investment analyses. She currently works for Princeton University as a program manager for their off-campus developments.

In addition to CAMP, she is on the board of MPAC-NY, and has been involved with various non-profits over the years. She is always seeking a worthy cause! She was a founding member  of  Muslims  Against  Terrorism/Muslim  Voices  for  Peace,  an  organization  founded  in  the  aftermath of September 11th.  

Zeba has an MBA  from  The  George  Washington  University, and  an  undergraduate degree  in  Architecture  from  Bangalore,  India.  


Kashif Zubair

Kashif has been associated with the Council for the Advancement of Muslim Professionals (CAMP) for a year and a half. He currently serves as the Chairperson, CAMP International.

Kashif has over 11 years of work experience in various executive roles with the world’s leading audit firms and companies that he has helped to establish from scratch in the areas of information systems auditing, business process re-engineering, and information systems designing/implementation.  Kashif is currently managing multiple companies in North America and Asia, serving his clients as their information technology advisor.

Kashif holds an undergraduate in Accounting and an MBA in Management Information Systems.  He is a well travelled individual with a fine taste for art and enjoys playing golf.

  

Sabrina Qureshi

Sabrina Qureshi is a Research Operations Specialist for a financial research firm in Chicago with 6 years of experience in the financial industry. Sabrina is responsible for streamlining processes while maintaining strict quality control. In her previous role Sabrina worked as a Senior Market Data Analyst and took on the responsibility of project management and employee training. She graduated from the University of Illinois at Chicago in 2003 with a degree in Finance.

Sabrina joined CAMP in 2006 and currently serves as the CAMP International VP of Finance and Administration.

She continues to be active with the CAMP CHICAGO Chapter by helping coordinate events. Sabrina strongly believes in giving back to community and enjoys volunteering as well as supporting various humanitarian causes.

 

Mariam Mohaideen

Mariam Mohaideen is the VP and COO of Health Plan Systems, a software company focused on administrative solutions. Her experience includes working for a hospital systems vendor and a management consulting firm; in her previous position she reported to the CIO and CMIO of the largest municipal healthcare system in the country(with annual revenues of $4 billion dollars).  She holds a Masters in Science in Health Policy & Management from the Harvard School of Public Health.

Ms. Mohaideen is the former President of the NY Chapter of CAMP, and currently works with CAMP International. She also volunteers with the ASMA Society (American Society for Muslim Advancement), and previously was involved with Muslims AgainstTerrorism/Muslim Voices for Peace.

 

 

 

Shireen Zaman 

Shireen Zaman is the Director for the Middle East and North Africa at Vital Voices Global Partnership. At Vital Voices, she manages a multi-country program focusing on the development of public-private partnerships and corporate responsibility initiatives to support women’s progress in the region. This program focuses especially on family violence, women’s health and economic development. She also works on supporting the MENA Businesswomen’s Network, whose goal is to increase the number of women in business, increase the value of their businesses, advance the role of women in society, and promote a regional culture of women's entrepreneurship across the MENA region. Shireen has also worked on developing programs focusing on women’s role in peace building in Israel/Palestine and a transnational program focusing on women’s rights in the region. 

She completed her Masters degree at the School of International Service at American University in Washington, DC in 2006 where she focused on democracy issues and the Muslim World. Shireen has worked with the Office of Iraq Political Affairs at the U.S. Department of State where she focused on Iraqi women and civil society development. She also worked with the international non-profit Women Waging Peace. Shireen has lived in Egypt, where she attended the Arabic Language Institute at the American University based in Cairo and worked with the Transnational Broadcast Studies journal there. She holds a B.A. in Human Development from Boston College.

 

 

Asma Shafi

Asma Shafi is a freelance and full-time graphic designer with almost 10 years experience in various industries including finance, law, entertainment and advertising. Asma has a masters in Design from Pratt Institute. Currently, she has an obsession for everything right aligned and PMS 295.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Imran Eba

Imran is the President of the Philadelphia chapter of CAMP and a member of the organizing committee for the conference.  Professionally he has almost nine-years of experience working in the life sciences/pharmaceutical industry in Toronto, London and Philadelphia, working in the areas of business development, acquisitions, financial valuations, risk management and audit. Imran currently works in the Worldwide Business Development group at GlaxoSmithKline focusing on drug discovery transactions and is a Canadian Chartered Accountant.
